Susan Sala is a GRITS – girl raised in the South! She has lived in Alabama, Nevada, Mississippi, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and has called Texas her home since 1998.

Susan graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Finance. She also received her M.B.A. in Finance from Troy University.

Susan has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage banking industry from underwriting to wholesale loan sales with Fortune 500 banking institutions. She is also a FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter.

In addition to being a top producing real estate agent with Keller Williams, she is an active member in the Southlake Community, Junior League of Fort Worth, WinDS (Women in Default Services), and Gateway Church in Southlake.

Susan has received numerous certifications and training from HUD/FHA, V.A., Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In addition, she has also received formal bank training and
certification from First Tennessee Bank, Wachovia Bank and Chase Bank.

As a full-time Southlake real estate agent, Susan specializes in buying, selling, relocation, investors, and corporate clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area – with particular focus in
the Tarrant County and Southeast Denton County.

Kris Rogers

Kris has several years experience in the mortgage banking industry. She began her career at The Associates as an acquisitions coordinator. Within a few months she was promoted to a Brokers Sales Representative in the Private Mortgage department. She provided pricing, coordinated appraisals and funded transactions for brokers. In 2001 Kris became a financial analyst for CitiFinancial Mortgage.

She worked in the bulk acquisitions department facilitating all aspects of transactions between banks including: data analysis, pricing, underwriting and funding. In two years she became a senior analyst and expanded her job responsibilities to include repurchases. Kris’ education consists of a BBA in Business Administration and she has taken several MBA courses with special interest in accounting to further her knowledge interest in the accounting field.
